Enjoyed productive days at Næstved Sygehus working with Bettina Pedersen and Jette on their colorectal cancer microbiome project using Oxford Nanopore Technologies. It’s exciting to see how real-time sequencing is becoming part of clinical research, helping to uncover the microbiome’s role in colorectal cancer.
